Are your marketing materials up to snuff? Join us for a talk with Anita Harris, President, Harris Communications Group. The Harris Communications Group is an award-winning PR & marketing communications firm with specialties in health care, life science, technology, energy and education.
Anita will give a brief intro to marketing at 3:00 p.m. and then sign up for a private meeting to discuss your own press release, marketing piece or home page. (Please bring a printout).
5:00 – 6:00 P.M. Overcoming the Acceleration Trap
Professor Menges of the University of Cambridge will stop by on Thursday to present his research on how successful organizations fail because they take on more than they can handle. He describes different patterns of overloading and presents solutions adopted by companies that managed to escape or avoid the acceleration trap. Read the Harvard Business Review article here.
6:00 – 8:00 P.M. Startup BLVD Info Table
This week chat with Startup BLVD. Startup BLVD is helping the City of Boston’s Office of Business Development to improve the quality of business service delivery to neighborhood businesses. They will be selecting and partnering with one or several innovative organizations to improve delivery of business technical assistance to businesses in Boston.
